100 ml of milk

295 g of plain flour

1 tbsp of sugar

1 egg

15 g of soft butter

1 tsp of salt

10 ml of semi-skimmed milk

15 g of seasame seeds

RECIPE STEPS

Add 100ml water, the milk and the yeast into the metal bowl and run the programme.
  • 1 sachet of dry baker's yeast (5 g)
  • 100 ml of milk

Add the remaining ingredients and run the programme.
  • 295 g of plain flour
  • 1 tbsp of sugar

  • 1 tsp of salt

Place the dough into a deep dish and cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rest for 2 hours at room temperature and away from draughts.

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and form each piece into a ball.

Place the dough balls onto a baking tray, covered with baking paper, and gently flatten them. Cover with a dry cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draughts.

Brush the tops of the dough balls with milk and then sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes.
