150 g Cheddar Cheese

250 ml Whole milk

1 Large egg

150 ml Sour cream

85 g Soft unsalted butter

300 g Plain flour

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda

1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp Chopped chives

RECIPE STEPS

Firstly, use the G2 grating disc to grate the cheese into the midi bowl.
  • 150 g Cheddar Cheese

Then fit the dough blade into the large bowl.

Add in the milk, eggs, sour cream, and butter to the food processor. Allow the machine to run roughly 30 seconds until all ingredients have incorporated.
  • 250 ml Whole milk
  • 1 Large egg
  • 150 ml Sour cream
  • 85 g Soft unsalted butter

Add the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. PULSE to combine.
  • 300 g Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

Add the grated cheese and chives, then PULSE again.
  • 150 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chopped chives

Spoon into a muffin tray and bake at 160°C for 30-35 minutes.
