200 g of Greek yogurt

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 shallot

500 g of chicken breast

1 egg

1 tbsp of mustard

1 zest of lemon

30 ml of lemon juice

30 g of breadcrumbs

1 tbsp of olive oil

In the mini bowl, place the brown sugar, garlic, lemon zest, mint and basil and blend for a few seconds.
