50 ml white wine
40 g plain flour
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp chervil
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
1 clove
1 leaf bay
0.5 tsp salt
30 g butter
450 ml water
2 carrot
200 g of petits pois
1 pinch chilli
100 g button mushrooms
600 g chicken breast
150 ml single cream

If you don' like wine, replace it with water and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

I needed hints : keep cooking if chicken is not cooked by this stage. I ended up having to cook the chicken in the sauce at the end which ended up with a too thin sauce.
