350 g of chicken cutlet

100 g of green lentils

70 g of strong chorizo

10 tsp of olive oil

15 ml of coconut cream

1 garlic clove

1 onion

2 tbsp of oregano

500 ml of water

1 pinch of fleur de sel

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Cut the chicken into strips, the onion into 8 and marinate with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  • 350 g of chicken cutlet
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Pour 0.5L of water into the metal bowl. Install the steam basket and pour the lentils into a flat-bottomed bowl. Pour 100ml of boiling water over the lentils and add the tray. Run the program.

During cooking, cut the chorizo into half slices.

On the removable tray, add the marinated chicken and run the program.

Set aside the chicken, drain the lentils in the steamer basket to degrease and serve. Mix the chicken with a drizzle of coconut cream and plate the dish.

Finish by adding a few leaves of aromatic herbs of your choice and the slices of chorizo.
