Mince was mushed up in parts and lumpy in others. The dough blade would have been a better option.
this tasted great, I used 750g of meat as it was the packet size! I also used supermarket chilli con carne packet sauce. I followed the method but did not put the kidney beans in at the last simmering. the reason was that when it had finished I put in a pan to heat up later with the beans.
I used 750g of meat as that was the packet size, I did not use the spices on recipe as I used supermarket chilli can carne ready mixed packet. I also did not put the kidney beans in for the last simmer as when finished I put in a pan to reheat later with the beans! it worked very well!
My first Magimix Expert Cook recipe. Followed the recipe exactly as is. Very tasty. Easier than conventional cooking. Came out exactly as the picture. Very pleased.
great success. served with plain rice. one portion set aside for the freezer before the rest was devoured by three of us with rice. used fresh tomatoes and a little passata instead of tinned.
Easy to make . Mince didn't go mushy, which I was super happy with . I did add more spices than the recipe . I also omitted the capsicum . but this was tasty and Fabulous!
