1 cooked beet

200 g of dark chocolate

40 g of butter

80 g of T55 flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

0.5 tsp of salt

RECIPE STEPS

Place the eggs and sugar in the metal bowl, add the whisk, remove the cap and run the program.

Remove the mixture from the metal bowl and set it aside in the refrigerator. Rinse the metal bowl.

Place the cooked beetroot in the metal bowl and run the program.

Remove the beetroot puree and set aside. Place the chopped chocolate with the butter in the metal bowl. Run the program.

Preheat your oven to 160 °C. Fold in and add the rest of the ingredients and the egg mixture to the metal bowl then run the program.
