Place the lentils in the metal bowl, add 150 ml of water and run the program.

Drain the lentils and let them cool. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

Ensure that the metal bowl is perfectly clean and dry. Install the beater, pour in the egg whites (keep the yolks) and add a pinch of salt. Remove the cap and run the program.
