40 g of butter

60 g of sugar

50 g of flour

50 ml of crème fraîche

1 pinch of salt

Make sure the metal bowl is perfectly clean and dry. Install the beater and place the egg whites in it (keep the yolks for step 3) with a pinch of salt. Remove the cap and run the program.

Place the chocolate, butter and cream in the metal bowl then run the program.

Run the program. Add egg yolks, sugar and flour through the opening while the program is running.

Pour the preparation into a container.

Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture using a spatula. Pour the preparation into ramekins, then cover them with cling film.
