200 ml of canola oil

250 g of sugar

300 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

5 eggs

200 ml of champagne

1 zest orange

100 g of dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Place the egg yolks and sugar in the metal bowl fitted with the whisk. Run the program. Remove the cap.

Add the flour, baking powder, champagne and orange zest and run the program. Set aside.

  • 200 ml of champagne

Gently incorporate the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Add the chocolate chips gently.

Pour into a bundt cake pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Let it cool before unmolding.
