1 kg potatoes

600 g minced beef

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 tbsp ketchup

3 sprigs parsley

0.5 tsp nutmeg

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

60 g grated cheddar

50 g butter

1.5 tbsp olive oil

100 ml milk

1 carrot

3 onions

2 tomatoes

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Tips

Agata and Bintje potatoes are a great choice to make mashed potatoes.

Put the onions into the metal bowl and run the program.

Set the mixture aside. Pour 0.5L water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket.

Cut the potatoes in 3-4cm cubes and rinse in cold water. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket and run the program.

At the end of the program, check that the potatoes are completely cooked. If not, continue cooking by rerunning the program.

Discard the cooking liquid in the metal bowl and install the whisk. Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

Heat the oven to 210°C.

Brush an ovenproof dish with the remaining butter and put the meat mixture into it.

Spread the mashed potatoes on top, smooth the surface with a spatula/ Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until browned.
