200 g of mayonnaise
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp of port
5 ml of worcestershire sauce
8 drops of tabasco
1 tbsp of crème fraîche

Prepare the mayonnaise with the emulsifier attachment.
- 200 g of mayonnaise

Once the mayonnaise has thickened, add the other ingredients. Give 5/6 pulses until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- 1 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of port
- 5 ml of worcestershire sauce
- 8 drops of tabasco
- 1 tbsp of crème fraîche
