1 tbsp dijon mustard

5 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp cider or sherry vinegar

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

50 g cranberries

50 g walnuts

300 g carrot

400 g red cabbage

400 g white cabbage

1 tsp caster sugar

Tips

For a more traditional version, omit the cranberries. Or, you could replace the cranberries with raisins

RECIPE STEPS

Fit the food processing bowl with the midi bowl and the 2mm grating disc.

Peel the carrots and grate them by running the program.
  • 300 g carrot

Set aside the grated carrot in a large bowl. Replace the grating disc with the 2mm slicing disc. Halve or quarter the cabbage before running the program to slice it.
  • 400 g red cabbage
  • 400 g white cabbage

Place the sliced cabbage into the large bowl with the carrots.
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cider or sherry vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 300 g carrot
  • 400 g red cabbage
  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 50 g cranberries

Stir well to combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Chop the nuts and scatter them over the coleslaw just before serving it.
