200 ml water

75 g butter

1 tbsp sugar

4 eggs

150 g plain flour

1 egg yolk

1 vanilla pod

300 ml cold single cream

50 g icing sugar

Prepare the choux pastry (find the recipe on the application).

  • 75 g butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 egg yolk

Prepare the whipped cream (or Chantilly cream, find the recipe on the application).
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 300 ml cold single cream
  • 50 g icing sugar

Allow the choux pastry to cool on a wire rack. Cut them in half and then put a small amount of whipped (or Chantilly) cream in each.
