300 g of polenta

500 ml of liquid cream

750 ml of whole milk

50 g of butter

50 g of parmesan

150 g of petits pois

10 ml of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Tips

This polenta recipe can be served on its own or with roast poultry. Serve the creamy polenta as soon as it has finished cooking.

Firstly, cook the petits pois in salted water, cool them down and set aside.
  • 150 g of petits pois

Pour the cream and milk into the cocotte, place it on its stand and run the program (without the lid).

Pour the polenta in a fine rain, season with fine salt and pepper from the mill. Run the program again (without lid). With the help of a wooden spoon, stir very regularly.
