250 g plain flour

600 ml milk

3 eggs

1 tbsp of canola oil

1 pinch salt

75 g caster sugar

75 g butter

1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

2 pinches salt

Tips

For lighter crêpes, you can replace 100 ml of milk with beer. Delicious served with whipped cream.

RECIPE STEPS

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade and Blendermix accessory. Add the flour, eggs, oil and salt
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp of canola oil

Blend for 20 seconds. Gradually add the milk through the opening. Run for about 2 minutes.

Leave the batter to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Preheat your pancake maker. Add a small amount of the crêpe batter and distribute it. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade and Blendermix accessory. Add the ingredients.

  • 75 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pinches salt

Blend for 1 minute, then add the baking powder via the feed tube.

Blend for 2 minutes or until the batter is smooth.

Leave the batter to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Pour a small amount of batter into your waffle-maker. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
