RECIPE STEPS

Peel and wash the pumpkin, onion and ginger.
- 650 g pumpkin
- 1 cm ginger
- 0.5 onion

Slice the onion in the midi bowl with the 2mm slicing disc. Set aside.

Place the pumpkin in the large chute and slice it, then do the same with the ginger. Set aside.

Soften the onion in the butter in a pan.
Add the vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

- 650 g pumpkin

Add water and season to taste.
Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
- 600 ml water
- 0.5 tsp curry powder

Pour the soup into the food processing bowl fitted with the metal blade and the Blendermix accessory.
Blend continuously for 1 to 2 minutes.
