Put the chocolate into the metal bowl and run the program.

Add the butter and run the program.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a big bowl.

Rinse and dry the bowl and fit the whisk attachment.
Add in the eggs and sugar and run the program.
Pre-heat the oven to 180° C.

Line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tin with baking paper.

Fold the whipped egg mixture into the melted chocolate.
Sieve in the cocoa powder and flour into the batter.
- 3 eggs
- 85 g of self-rising flour
- 50 g of cocoa powder

Fold in 100 g of the Mini Eggs.

Pour the batter into the brownie tin. Crush half of the remaining Mini Eggs and sprinkle over the top.

Bake in the oven for 22 -24 minutes depending on how gooey you like your brownies.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
