8 egg yolks

200 g sugar

300 ml single cream

Tips

If you don' have brandy, you can replace it with white rum. Egg liqueur is consumed as a dessert or as a sauce, to accompany fruit.

Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

Set aside the vanilla sugar in a bowl. Fit the whisk.

Add the egg yolks and a capful of brandy into the metal bowl then run the program. While the program is running, add the vanilla sugar through the opening.
