150 g of fresh dates

50 g of oat flakes

200 g of pecan nuts

40 g of peanut butter

0.25 tsp of cinnamon

1 pinch salt

20 g of sunflower seeds

20 g of sesame seeds

20 g of flax seeds

20 g of coconut

RECIPE STEPS

Place the pecan nuts in a bowl filled with cold water and let them soak for 7 hours. Drain them well and let them dry on absorbent paper.
  • 200 g of pecan nuts

Install the transparent bowl with the large metal knife and add the coating seeds. Mix in PULSE for a few seconds, just to roughly crush them without trying to get a too fine result. Set aside in a deep plate.

  • 20 g of sesame seeds
  • 20 g of flax seeds
  • 20 g of coconut

Always in the same transparent bowl with the large metal knife, pour the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30 to 40 seconds.

Shape balls of about 12 g (equivalent to a small walnut). Mix well and roll in the palm of your hands to form perfectly round balls. Roll each small ball in the seed mix. Can be stored for a few days. If you notice at the end that you are having trouble shaping your energy balls, it is always possible to bind the preparation by adding a tablespoon of maple syrup and/or peanut butter.
