In the metal bowl, place the butter cut into pieces, the eggs, the flour, the brown sugar, the vanilla beans, the salt and the milk then blend by running the program. Let it rest.

During the resting time, rinse the figs, cut off the ends and slice them into four or three depending on the size. Arrange them in a tart mold previously lined with a drizzle of vegetable oil and flour.

Pour the liquid mixture that has rested on the figs. Sprinkle with brown sugar to caramelize during cooking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C and continue cooking for 25 minutes, monitoring according to the oven.
