
Fish curry with saffron rice




1 lime
2 garlic clove
5 leaves chervil
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
15 ml vegetable oil
300 ml coconut milk
2 onion
1 green or red chilli pepper
200 g mangetout
600 g of cod
1 tbsp massala
300 g basmati or long-grain rice
300 ml water
2 pinches saffron
1 pinch salt

You can replace the cod for salmon.
