440 g strong bread flour

1 sachet of dry baker's yeast (5 g)

0.5 tsp of salt

3 tbsp of olive oil

250 ml of water

1 pinch of sugar

300 g of onions

200 g smoked lardons or bacon strips

250 g of crème fraîche

1 tsp of salt

3 pinches of pepper

Tips

Cook the Flammekueche on a pizza stone to obtain a more crispy dough. You can alter the toppings to your preference. For example; garnish the Flammekueche with leek, thin slices of potatoes and ham or put camembert and a little cranberry jam on top. You can also make sweet variants of the Flammekueche. For example; cover the Flammekueche with chocolate spread, pieces of bananas or slices of pears, honey, nuts and goat cheese.

Put all the ingredients for the dough in the metal bowl and run the program.

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Form a ball with the smooth dough and let the dough rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat your oven to 250°C. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Spread the dough thinly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Fit the food processing bowl with the midi bowl and the 2 mm slicing disc. Peel the onions and slice them by running the program.

Set aside the onions. Combine the following ingredients in a bowl. Spread this mixture on your dough.
