RECIPE STEPS

Cover the bottom of 2 glass jars (or small cake moulds) with lightly crushed Biscoff or shortbread biscuits and put to one side.

Place the banana, vanilla, lime and egg white in the glass jug and launch the programme.
- 2 small ripe banana
- 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 egg white
- 0.5 lime

Pour the mixture into the verrines (or cake molds).
Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

When ready to serve, garnish with chocolate shavings.
