2 carrots, juiced

2 apples, juiced

1 orange, juiced

25 g nugget fresh turmeric

1 nugget fresh ginger

250 ml water

250 g oats

400 ml coconut milk

60 g pecan nuts

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

Juice carrots, 1 apple, orange, turmeric and ginger.
  • 2 carrots, juiced
  • 1 apples, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 25 g nugget fresh turmeric
  • 1 nugget fresh ginger

In a medium saucepan bring the oats and juice to a boil and then reduce to simmer.

Add chopped apple and coconut milk and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring often to avoid sticking. If it is getting too thick add a splash of water.
