5 garlic cloves

2 cm ginger

1 tbsp massala

1 tsp chilli

250 g brown sugar

500 g green tomatoes

175 ml malt vinegar

Tips

Place the Cook Expert under an extraction hood or next to an open window in order to vent the vinegar aroma

RECIPE STEPS

Add the garlic, ginger and spices to the metal bowl of the Cook Expert. Adjust amount of spice according to taste. Run the program to finely chop the ingredients. Using the silicone spatula, scrape down the bowl and then add the rest of ingredients.

Using the silicone spatula, scrape down the bowl and then add the rest of ingredients. Press PULSE to roughly chop the tomatoes
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 500 g green tomatoes
  • 175 ml malt vinegar

Now select SIMMERING and cook with CAP off for 30 minutes.
Simmering 30:00 / 1A / 95°C

Pour immediately into warm, sterile jars.
