250 g of butternut squash

150 g of plain flour

2 tbsp of cane sugar

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 pinch of nutmeg

250 ml of almond milk

1 tbsp of canola oil

1 pinch of salt

Place the diced squash in the steamer basket and pour 0.5 l of water into the metal bowl. Install the steamer basket and run the program.

Empty the water from the metal bowl and place the diced squash in the dry bowl. Add half of the milk and run the program.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and continue cooking until the pancakes are golden on both sides.

Serve the pancakes hot, topped with maple syrup, fresh fruits or toasted nuts according to your taste.
