150 g plain flour

100 g of gruyère

125 ml hot milk

100 ml olive oil

3 eggs

1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

200 g diced cooked ham

75 g pitted green olives

Tips

You can replace the fillings with any flavours that you like.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).

Fit the 2-mm grater disc in the midi bowl and grate the cheese. Set aside.
  • 100 g of gruyère

Put the olives in the mini bowl and pulse 2-3 times.
  • 75 g pitted green olives

Fit the metal blade in the food processing bowl and add the flour, eggs, hot milk and oil. Blend for 40 seconds.
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 125 ml hot milk
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 eggs

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl. Stir in the baking powder, olives, cheese, ham, salt and pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to combine thoroughly.

Transfer the mixture to a buttered cake tin.

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Check that the cake is done by inserting a skewer or a knife. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Allow the cake to cool in the oven with the door ajar. Turn out and serve.
