200 g strawberry softies

500 ml milk

200 ml of crème fraîche

4 egg yolks

30 g sugar

Use both your Cook Expert and Gelato Expert machines.

RECIPE STEPS

Add the milk and cream into the bowl of the Cook Expert and run the programme.
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml of crème fraîche

Meanwhile, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 30 g sugar

At the end of the programme, add the Fraise Tagada sweets and rerun the programme.
  • 200 g strawberry softies

Pour the egg-sugar mixture through the opening while the machine is running, then rerun the programme.

Leave the mixture to cool a little and then pour it into the Gelato Expert (here I used the artisanal ice cream programme!).
