100 g of wholemeal flour

2 tsp of baking powder

0.25 tsp of cinnamon

0.25 tsp of powdered ginger

100 g of raisins

60 g of brown sugar

90 g of molasses

2 eggs

180 ml of milk

0.5 tsp of vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place all the ingredients in the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 100 g of plain flour
  • 100 g of wholemeal flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp of cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp of powdered ginger
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 60 g of brown sugar
  • 90 g of molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 ml of milk
  • 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract
