2 boxes (drained weight) jar chickpeas

1 garlic clove

160 g tahini

130 g olive oil

110 g lemon juice

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

RECIPE STEPS

Put all the ingredients into the main bowl with the main blade, reserving the chickpea water (80 g from the jar) & salt. Keep processing until you have the desired texture. Season to taste and add water to thin & achieve smoother hummus.
  • 2 boxes (drained weight) jar chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 160 g tahini
  • 130 g olive oil
  • 110 g lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp salt

Scrape out into a serving dish and sprinkle with the paprika. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive oil and serve with bread. Hummus will keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
