300 g frozen raspberries

1 lemon

5 tbsp icing sugar

3 egg whites

Fit the food processing bowl with the whisk. Whisk the egg whites for 5 minutes, taking care to remove the pusher. Set aside in the bowl.

Juice the lemon.

Fit the food processing bowl fitted with the metal blade. Add the slightly thawed raspberries, the icing sugar and the lemon juice. Blend for 1 minute.

Add the mixture to the egg whites and delicately mix everything with the spatula. Pour the dessert into individual cups and serve immediately.
