500 g (1/4) of white cabbage

2 carrots

1 red onion

1 tsp of sugar

3 tbsp of mayonnaise

1 tsp of salt

40 g Jalapenos (chopped)

RECIPE STEPS

1. Prep the vegetables by peeling and cutting them.
  • 500 g (1/4) of white cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red onion

2. Fit the R/G4 grating blade onto the food processor. Put the carrots into the feed tube and press pulse. Empty the grated carrot into a large mixing bowl.

3. Now fit the E/S2 slicing blade. Place the cabbage into the feed tube and press pulse. Add the shredded cabbage into the mixing bowl with the carrots.
  • 500 g (1/4) of white cabbage

4. Lastly, place the onion into the feed tube and press auto. Add the onions to the cabbage and carrots.
  • 1 red onion

5. Mix all the ingredients together with the salt, pepper, sugar, mayonnaise and Jalapenos.
