50 g kale

100 g of petits pois

50 g spinach

2 cloves of garlic

15 ml lemon juice

45 g of crème fraîche

1 pinch salt

350 g rigatoni

1 bunch sprig of parsley

50 g croutons

50 g parmesan

Blanche the kale and peas in salty boiling water for 2 mins.
  • 50 g kale
  • 100 g of petits pois

Add the blanched greens to the blender cup along with the spinach, garlic, lemon juice, crème fraiche and salt.

  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 45 g of crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch salt

Run the SOUP function on the blender.

Boil your rigatoni.
  • 350 g rigatoni

Add the pasta sauce to a pan and throw in your cooked pasta.

Cook for a further 2 mins.

Plate up and top with the Parmesan, parsley and croutons.
