2 onions

3 garlic cloves

1 kg of lamb shoulder

1 tbsp of olive oil

100 ml of white wine

2 sprigs of thyme

2 leaves bay leaves

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

5 stalks of parsley

RECIPE STEPS

Peel and slice the onions. Cut the peppers into strips and peel the garlic. Cut the meat into pieces of 3 or 4 cm.

  • 1.5 kg of lamb shoulder

Preheat the cocotte on high heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil. As soon as the cocotte is hot, place the pieces of meat in it and brown them on all sides for about ten minutes, stirring with a non-metallic utensil. Set aside.

Add the onions, peppers, and garlic to the cocotte and let them stew for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Switch to high heat then deglaze with the white wine. Let it reduce for 2 minutes then add the meat, thyme and bay leaf. Salt and pepper.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Cover and run the program.

Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon. Adjust the seasoning to your liking and add the chopped parsley.
