1 pinch of espelette pepper

400 g of leeks

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of freshly ground pepper

Peel the prawns then marinate them with Espelette pepper and 50 ml of olive oil.

Preheat the cocotte, previously placed on its stand, by running the program.

Pour 50 g of olive oil, place the peeled prawns then run the program (2 minutes on each side).

Remove the prawns. Add the previously sliced leeks and resume cooking by running the program.
