30 g of semi-salted butter

150 g of dark chocolate

80 g of sugar

3 eggs

30 g of plain flour

20 g of cocoa

Preheat your oven to 200 °C.

Place the chocolate and the fat in the metal bowl then run the program.
  • 30 g of semi-salted butter

Add the previously sifted flour, sugar and eggs then run the program.

If necessary, fold the mixture and restart the program.

Grease the ramekins with margarine then sprinkle with cocoa. Ensure that the inside is completely covered. Tap to remove any excess cocoa.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds up to ¾ and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Slide the chocolate desserts into the hot oven for 6 to 7 minutes. Once cooked, let them rest for 1 minute and immediately unmold them onto the plates.
