110 g of hazelnut puree

20 g of almond puree

20 g of coconut oil

150 g of dark chocolate

100 g of sugar

2 eggs

120 g of hazelnuts

1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Blend the chocolate and hazelnuts in the metal bowl and set aside.

In the metal bowl, place the oat bran, flour, coconut sugar and fleur de sel, then run the program.
