1 tsp grated ginger

400 g frozen mango

50 ml coconut milk

125 g of plain yogurt

75 g caster sugar

Cool the metal bowl by placing a few ice cubes in it and running the program.

Empty it and then wipe it thoroughly.

Cut the mango into cubes (about 1cm in size).
  • 400 g frozen mango

Once the bowl is cold, pour in all the ingredients and run the program.
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 400 g frozen mango
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 125 g of plain yogurt

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl. Form quenelles of ice cream using 2 spoons and serve immediately. Or, if you would like balls of ice cream, place it in the freezer for a few minutes before scooping. Do not refreeze.

what do you mean by “1 Plain Yoghurt” - how many grams is that please ? Also can you freeze this recipe instead of using straight away

Recipe ingredients not clear. It requires 1 Yoghurt. How much is 1 Yoghurt? What quantity of yoghurt in mls please.

What does “1 plain yoghurt” mean? Yoghurt is normally measured in gm or ml.

Lovely, thank you. I don’t eat sugar (other than coconut sugar ), so for this recipe I substituted honey for the caster sugar, and it worked very well.
