0.5 spring onion (minced)

10 g Lao Gan Ma/ chilli in oil

12 g Zhang Shi Ji chilli sauce

1 tsp salt

6 g dark soy sauce

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

15 g oil

10 g cooking wine

RECIPE STEPS

Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the dough hook before adding all the ingredients and 320g of water. Set to stir fry programme / 6 minutes / 3 / 140°C.
