50 g plain flour
100 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
150 g salted caramel
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
140 g icing sugar

Just made this, cheated and used Maggie Beer Salted Caramel, delicious. As with everything, will try different versions now I'm getting more confident.
