100 g plain flour

2 tsp vanilla extract

200 g butter

20 g cocoa powder

4 eggs

2 egg yolks

150 g of brown sugar

200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

Heat the oven to 200°C.

Roughly chop the butter and the chocolate. Place them into the metal bowl and run the program.

Scrape down the wall of the bowl if necessary. Run the program.

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl. Rerun the program for 30 seconds.

Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake tin.

Tap the tin on the work surface several times to eliminate any air bubbles.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the top of the cake is firm but still wobbly.

Remove and cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve warm.
