1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp of crème fraîche

100 g of butter

100 ml of milk

250 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

1 tbsp of cocoa

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 vanilla bean

100 g of icing sugar

22 ml of milk

20 g dark chocolate shavings

200 g of chocolate

150 g of crème fraîche

Put the chocolate into pieces in the metal bowl then run the program.

Reserve in the cool. Rinse and dry the metal bowl.

Divide the dough (2/3-1/3): in 315 g, add 1 tbsp. of cocoa, and in the rest add the vanilla sugar and vanilla.

Spread the chocolate dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and the vanilla dough on another baking sheet lined with baking paper. The vanilla dough will be twice as large. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 °C, in a hot oven.

In a container, mix the icing sugar with the milk.

  • 22 ml of milk

Assemble it: vanilla sponge cake, ganache, chocolate sponge cake, ganache, vanilla sponge cake, and to finish, pour the icing.

Trim the sides for a nice finish.

Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
