150 g of walnut

120 g of sugar

100 g of softened butter

40 g of plain flour

1 tbsp of rum

3 eggs

1 sachet of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 170 °C.

In the metal bowl, place the nuts and run the program.

Add the sugar, flour, eggs, salt, rum, and butter cut into cubes. Run the program. Open the cap during rotation and add the baking powder.

Pour the mixture into a buttered loaf pan.

Slide into the oven for about 30 minutes. Check the cooking by pricking with the tip of a knife. The cake is cooked if the blade comes out dry.
