100 g plain flour

100 g grated parmesan

80 g soft butter

1 tbsp dried rosemary

Add the ingredients into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Turn the food processor on and run for about 30 seconds, until the dough forms a ball.
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • 80 g soft butter
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary

Remove the dough from the bowl, wrap it in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm and use a cookie cutter to cut 5 cm circles. Bake for about 15 minutes.

After 2 hours in my fridge at 4°C, the dough was hard as rock. I had to rewarm it before I could roll it out. However, once made, they were absolutely delicious.
