Preheat your oven to 180 °C. Retrieve the orange zest and the orange juice. Set aside.

Place the egg, butter, and brown sugar in the metal bowl, then get a frothy mixture by running the program.

Grate the parsnip. Add the grated parsnip, the orange zest and juice, then the flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the metal bowl. Run the program.
