Grate the parsnip.
Add the grated parsnip, the orange zest and juice, then the flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the metal bowl.
Run the program.
- 250 g of parsnips
- 60 g of plain flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 0.5 tsp of cinnamon

Divide the dough into muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
