100 g chocolate chips

4 pear halves in syrup

3 eggs

1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

100 g yoghurt

125 ml oil

85 g of plain flour

175 g of sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade. Add the eggs, yoghurt, oil and sugar. Run the programme: speed 2/20 seconds.

  • 175 g of sugar
  • 100 g yoghurt

Add the flour and baking powder. Run the programme: speed 2/20 seconds.
  • 1 sachet baking powder (11 g)
  • 85 g of plain flour

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl with a spatula. Add the pear halves, cut into large pieces, and the chocolate chips. Pulse twice.

  • 4 pear halves in syrup

Butter the muffin tin and lightly dust it with flour. Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, filling about ¾ of the way.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
