Put the yeast and water in the bowl then run the program.
- 155 ml of water
- 1 tsp of baker's yeast

When the program stops, add the ingredients then press Auto to restart the program.
- 300 g of strong bread flour
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 6 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of oregano

Work the dough and shape it into a ball.
Place it in a terrine and cover with a damp cloth.
Let it rest for at least 1 hour in a warm place.

Place the dough on a floured work surface.
Work it with your hands: spread it out and gently tap it with your fingers to eliminate gas bubbles.
Finally, roll it out using a rolling pin.

Preheat your oven to 220 °C.

Spread the tomato puree over the dough with the back of a spoon up to 1 cm from the edge of the pizza.
Install the transparent bowl and the 2 mm slicing disc and slice the onion by running the program.

Arrange the onion slices, cherry tomatoes and oregano on the dough.

Bake the pizza in the lower part of the oven for 8 minutes, then in the central part for 7 minutes.

Once out of the oven, sprinkle the pizza with pecorino and fresh basil. Enjoy without delay!
