1 sachet baker's yeast (5 g)

90 g of water

90 g of milk

In the metal bowl, place all the ingredients for the pizza dough then run the program.

Remove the dough from the bowl and work the ball with your fingers: stretch it and gently hit it to remove gas bubbles, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

I made this after updating. the recipe was different - no milk. After the time was up I had a scrabbled mess. I could've done it by hand in seconds. No way for me to check anything. All the ingredients piled up the side of the bowl. I mixed it into a dough. Waiting to see if it rises, is edible. I've just bought this and am finding it incredibly frustrating- everything feels like a huge struggle. I need someone to show me the ropes. I know this is a wonderful product but navigating it not grea
