400 g of prawns

2 garlic clove

2 tsp curry powder

0.5 bunch Thai basil

2 tsp ground coriander

2 tbsp olive oil

500 ml coconut milk

1 onion

0.5 red chilli

1 stick of lemongrass

2 tsp fish stock powder (optional)

RECIPE STEPS

Discard the tough outer leaves of the lemongrass stalk, keeping only 6cm from the bulb end. Thinly slice the stalk and set aside.

Quarter the onion and crush the garlic. Remove the seeds from the chilli.

Put the olive oil and the ingredients into the metal bowl. Run the program.

wow… this was delicious . I made with fresh prawns and fried them in a little butter for one minute to brown slightly and then added to the sauce. yummy !!!

Strongly suggest cooking off the onion, lemongrass, chili and ground spices. Sauce tastes “raw” and flavours underdeveloped.
